Has anyone had this problem? I shot a project with the c300 in true 24p mode and when I imported the clips to premiere CS6 the audio is not in sync on the time line. The raw clips are fine, it's just when I try and import that I run into this problem. Please help.
Never done this, true 24p should only be used if you intend to do a film-out. Make sure that CS6 is set for 24 frames per second and not 23.976. At some point, for digital distribution, you'll have to convert to 23.976.
Hopefully it's just a settings issue and not a bug.
Does the footage play correctly in the source viewer? If yes, make a new sequence by dragging a clip onto the "Make New Item" icon and it will make a new sequence with the exact same settings as the clip.

No it's off. The raw footage is fine when played on a VLC player, but once dragged into CS6 it's off. I re-set to 24 and that still didn't work. I'm stuck.
