Has anyone else had an issue of XF-AVC footage shot in 120fps crashing FCPX on import?

I can import other XF footage within the same shoot (even on the same card) that wasn't in 120fps and it works perfectly fine, and I've also been able to import 120fps footage in MP4 with no issues, so the problems is specifically with XF-AVC at 120fps.
 
I think someone else posted this same issue right after the update came out. I don't know if it was ever resolved? Are you on FCP 10.4.1, 4.2 or 4.3? Might be a bug that Apple needs to address?
 
Make proxies and see if that works. This has been reported on these forums before tho I’m unaware whether anyone has contacted Canon.

FWIW, supposedly MP4 120fps will work fine. I know you’ve already had your shoot so the solution now would be to transcode to ProRes.
