I've finally got my setup with a Zacuto EVF pro in the C100 mk1, it's working well and feels like a 'real' ENG camera. Now I am getting greedy and want to use the Ninja as well, but it means I have to turn off my output displays, has anyway else tried this (probably 3 years ago lol) and is it acceptable to use the Zacuto evf with the Ninja indicating record start stop? It's fairly late in the life of his camera for me, but I would like to use Prores HQ if I can, in a 'run and gun' setup. Which reminds me, I'm in a studio Friday so I'll be disabling the output overlays to go to Ninja, don't forget the Zebra !
I recently rented a mk2, and yeah it's a bit better, but you ain't missing that much if you wisely got the DPaF upgrade as I did...
