This is a dumb question. But is the c100 mkii able to output 10bit 422 in 60p? Also curious if anyone knew if the bm video assist had 3:2pulldown yet? Thanks.

HDMIN-OUT> 4:2:2, 8-bit. Be a little careful about feeding 1080P/59.94- some older recorders cannot handle it.

Wasn't very helpful but sorry, I was reffering to the atomos "10bit" upscale that isn't actually 10bit. I was more curious as to the 422. Is 60p 422 possible hdmi out?

HDMI out on C100 is a higher bit rate which is different to bit depth. The HDMI out to a Ninja is 100 mega bits a second compared to 24 recording internally so you do get a slight advantage in post but that is negligible.
The internal AVCHD color looks better than the external ProRes422 Ninja color anyway. Canon nailed the AVCHD algorythm big time as did Sony. No 60p.
