C100: C100 MK II/ C_PICT file Management ?

Basic question- how to move C-PICT file from SD Card to Camera. Currently unable to make this happen. Dealing with Lexmark 128 SD and a well-known profile off the web. File shows when reading the card on a laptop (which is what was used to place the file). Unable to "see" the file navigating on the C100. I can see there are many, many threads on this topic devoted to other camera lines but nothing I can find as a major source of pain on the C100. It must be me but this seems like a basic function that should happen without fault.

Power-users, please help me. I can enter profile manually but it's now down to the principle of the thing.

Where is located the C_PICT folder? This folder has to be in the PRIVATE folder.

Here is the procedure for the original C100
Insert the SD card in the camera (let say, slot A) and go to the picture profile menu. Select ''Set'' and then scroll until you see ''SD A'' and choose the desire profile (it shoud be there). If it's not there, then you didn't put it in the right folder or the folder is not named properly.
Then if you want to copy it on the camera, (again in the picture profile menu) scroll down and click on the the little icon with the 2 arrows and go to ''copy to cam''. Then, just choose on unassign proile that you can copy it to.
Don't know if it's clear enough...english is not my native language.

You've also got to make sure the profile wasn't designed for the C100 MK I. Profiles for the MK I will not load onto the MK II.
