C100: C100 mark II and Atomos Shogun problem - only records first frame?

Can anyone help me?

I have about 5 hours until I have to be in the studio and I just got my rented Atomos Shogun.

No matter what I choose for Rec Trigger, the Shogun only records for the first frame and than stops (though TC keeps going on the Shogun screen if I don't stop recording on the C100 mk2).

Anyone has any idea why this is happening? I can't get it to keep recording for more than first frame :/

Pressing record on the Atomos doesn't help.
 
In the end it was the Timelapse function that was turned on on the Shogun. Didn't even know it has a timelapse functions as I rarely rent it.
 
wow that would be nice to have on my ninjablade but a real PITA If you're not aware of it's existence.
Hope you caught it in time.
