C100: C100 downsized to 70p in Premiere

I have been contemplating getting the C100 and the big thing holding me off doing that was no 720P. I need that for Sports like Soccer etc. If I used my 5D3 for slow motion what would the quality be like downsizing the frame size to 720P from the C100??

Probably better than the quality you get out of the 5dMk3 at 1080.

Yep. Twixtor or smart interlacing provides a good image.
