C100: Button's stopped working?

Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a used C100 from a reputable dealer and just received it today. I played around with it for a few minutes and seemed everything was working perfectly but had to leave to run a few errands.

I just got back in and wanted to run through everything because I have a shoot with it next week but for some reason the control dial isn't working anymore.

Anyone encounter this issue before?

nvm, i'm an idiot and started to panic haha. you really have to make sure that wire is pushed in really tight when you connect the handle to the body.
 
i'm pretty sure every c100 owner/operator has had that exact moment of panic at one point or another. i remember when i did.
