Budget $650 ON A T2i Lens

im trying to buy a new lens for my t2i. right now i got a kit lens. 18-55mm lens. I wanna use the new Lens for Video Music/ Nature/ and Night. i got about $ 650 to spend. any one know any good video lens.

Anyway.
Sigma 30mm 1.4
Canon 28mm 1.8

If you wanna go cheap and telephoto
Cannon 50mm 1.8 (I do not recommend though) I have it and use it but if I could only buy one lens that is usable most of the time then a 30mm or 28mm does the trick.
 
if you want to go wider, tokina 11-16

if you want to go faster, canon 50mm f/1.4 or canon 28mm f/2.8 or tamron 17-50 f/2.8 (non-vc)

if you want to go faster and would consider vintage glass, leitz elmarit-R 35mm f/2.8 + leitz elmarit-R 90mm f/2.8, and if you can hunt them for cheap add also a carl zeiss jena pancolar 50mm f/1.8
 
Well we can't help you if we don't know why you need it!

Are you using it just for video or for stills as well?
What type of things are you shooting specifically? Live music or music videos? Nature landscapes or wildlife? Are you gonna use lights when shooting at night?
What 'look' do you like or would you like to emulate?
Do you want something wider? Longer? Faster?
Would you prefer one zoom lens or several primes?
Do you want EOS lenses or would you be happy with manual glass and adaptors?

We need to know exactly why you want the lens and then we can recommend somthing that is within your budget.
 
You can find a 17-55mm 2.8 IS if you search for them. I got one for that price.

I've never seen one for that price but if I could find that I would buy it in a heartbeat.
