T2i brown columns on video image

nonhomogeneous

Hello. When reviewing video shot with my Kiss x4 (T2i), I notice that there are vertical brown columns over the video. The effect does not show up on photographs, and seems to occur in all of my video under both natural and artificial light, independent of shutter speed, aperture, ISO and profile settings.

Here's a particularly bad example, screencapped from a video I took yesterday:

Any ideas on whether this can be fixed? I'm using the 18-55mm kit lens if that's relevant.

edit: I tried with another lens and the columns remained, so I guess it's not a lens issue.

Here's a before and after of a section of the image after having partially removed the columns with change to color in premiere pro.

I have no clue what it is but its there for sure, just darken the picture with gamma and bump up contrast to see it.

*I dont see anything in unmodified picture tho(but its there as you can see on pic below).
