Bricked EX3 due to firmware update

Heh, after all the hardware problems I've had recently with Windows software locking up on me during installs/stuff like that I'm done pressing my luck with firmware upgrades to the EX1. A brand new WD Caviar Black drive was bricked due to this crap and it's just irritating. At least I could send it back/it may have been the problem but who knows? I don't think many of us gearheads realize how delicate these machines are and how costly it'll be to fix them if something goes wrong.

My EX1's firmware is staying on 1.20 and that's FINAL.
