Re: Brackendale Part 2

..its jumping all over in the WM9 screen. is it workng ok for you stephen? .. its probably just my pc here... im not at the studio :/

Re: Brackendale Part 2

Neil, you need to play it through your NLE, on a 16x9 timeline...I've never been able to get 24p to play properly on WMP.

Re: Brackendale Part 2

lol.. i didnt realize it was 24p. i dont have an NLE here. i figured it was te player?. it does look REALLY good though. ;)

Re: Brackendale Part 2

Awesome. Never would have though of shooting wildlife with a DVX. You really got a good closeup of the Eagle in flight... very impressive.

One question. Why did you choose to fade out of the highlighted leaves to the quick shot with the electric wires? Was it just to show that humans do exist? I'm sure you meant to do it just wondering what your thinking was.

Re: Brackendale Part 2

This is still in work in progress. I'm taking the leaves out altogether because they don't fit, in my opinion. Everything else is wide and then suddenly there's this macro shot that seems out of place.

I'm still trying to work out some edits in both of the Brackendale pieces. In fact, this particular sequence is being reworked dramatically, including a soundtrack replacement...I didn't care for this one that much. I'll post when I'm done.

Thanks for looking, though.

Re: Brackendale Part 2

beautiful. the music is so whimsical, i didn't really know what to think of the dead fish, but it was shot very nicely. the timelapse shots are terriffic.

Re: Brackendale Part 2

My god. That was beautiful. That's probably the best landscape footage I've seen since The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.
