Boy Scout's of America teaser shot on AF100

Looks really good. Other than the grading, I would really only suggest using a VO with a LITTLE more passion in it. For example the line "mentally awake" sounds like he was bored.

I really do like it, though. Very nice.

Looks fine to me - I've been put in the position time and time again where I'm grading / using voice overs that I don't like but the client loves… so I say do what they want and cash the cheque!

But you know I work in advertising where most 'art' is micromanaged and beaten out of the project before it ever goes to camera.

heavyG...it's as if you were sitting in the edit suite! Thanks everyone for taking the time to look at it.

Just finished a project where the client insisted that I add 'grain' from the 'Bad Film - FCP Stylize' effect on a perfectly shot 1080p trailer. Same deal - shut up and take the money to the bank. Looks like crap and pissed me off but I gotta pay the bills.

Matt: Exactly! I'll be releasing the DP/CameraOp/Editor version of the trailer here in a few weeks.

Regards,
Scott

I did a national VO for a Boy Scout's popcorn sales video a little while back and it was crazy where they directed me. Heavy, Gruff, and over the top! No, we need the aditude more like that Ford truck commercial on YouTube. Should web pull it up again for reference?

All the Best!
