Act 3 Screen Grabs

Act 3 Screen Grabs

These are pretty boring as stills, but I got what I needed to conclude my shoot...

Thanks Spencer, I'm going for a bit of a retro 70's spaghetti look.

REVISED UPDATE: Alas, I didn't go for the old school 70's western after all, but I will someday.

Could this be our first zombie western?;) Love the poster, this sounds like a good one. Can't wait to see it Matt.

Thanks Michael, I'm also scouting another location this weekend, I'll have to see which of the 2 will be easier to steal.

Damn, I'm so jealous of you guys out west, great location. Out of curiosity, what is the location fee for that place, who is it done through?

Chris, it's true, we west coasters are at an advantage for western scenics. But i had to travel 3 hours to find this location so it's not exactly my back doorstep. The location fee is a bunch of bull. Even if you are 1 cameraman with 2 actors they charge you for all sorts of "application fees", insurance etc.

Honestly it's probably $600, but still not worth me paying for. The land is too large, there are too many caverns and crevices that I can shoot in, so I'm gonna run and gun it. Not to mention, I'm just going with a Rebel T2i and some lavs. No soundguy or crew or anything.

I saw what you did with Acceptable Losses, just create another set!

Chris just turn your spaceship interior into a wagon interior, shoot against greenscreen and there's your location. (as if it's that easy)

I love the location, how can you get those spaghetti bullet sounds like in the old Leone films? I love those.
