there os one thing you have to be carefull about using the bmcc sb in silent shutter mode. do not do dead pixel mapping, it activates the shutter curtain regardless of being in silent shutter mode. just somethong to keep in mind. perhaps this is a warning the op might want to edit into thier first post.
