Bluescreen music video

Wow that was amazing yesbox! Loved the colors loved the cg and loved the building environments! You used alot of AE cam movements rigiht?

Nice video yesbox, did you shoot in 1080 25p? and what shutter did you use? I really like the green tint sections

Hi, thanks for the comments:)

garvdxd : what type of color space are you working with in After Effects?

Working in 16 bit CS.

Triplei96 : You used alot of AE cam movements rigiht?

Yeah, I did. At the shoot the camera was shooting from one position all the time. All the camera movements are done in AFX.

Great video. I liked the lighting and the backgrounds, they meshed very well. Sick bboy's also.

What project is the SinCity/Noir green screen stuff from? That looked really great also. Do you have a copy of that online?

Cheers,

What was the workflow for the background plates? Did you break the photos apart and actually build a 3d room for the basement scene? Were the city ground plates laying flat on the z plain or were they directly behind you blue screen footage? Did you light the plates in AE?

escozooz: What project is the SinCity/Noir green screen stuff from?

Hi escozooz, thanks for the comments:) The sincity/noir stuff isn`t from another project, its made for this video especially:)

fr8: Can you give some info on the lens flare from the sun. Extra plugin? or AFX's internal?

The lensflare is internal afx but its tweaked a lot and modyfied lot.

Hi Bernt,

Great job!
I have a request though:

Would you please post a frame or two (in full resolution) of the original untreated footage?
It would be very interesting to see the blue-screen shot as it looked before keying.

Thanks!

The song is amazing!

And so is the video!!

However, I don't think they go together. The song is crazy fast and has a hint of some chip-tunes, but the video is very urban and dark.

Just my T&P but, good job on the video.
