I've made some photo:

there images are ISOs from first photo (320) to last photo (20.000)

and you can see from640 to 1250 have a terrible NOISE BLUE...can you help me? it's normal?

Thank You
Francesco

there's your problem. take off that body cap and expose the darn thing correctly. of course you're going to see crazy blue noise when you're daylight balanced and perfectly underexposed. you should also try black balancing.

i did a similar test

I've done a shoot on the road..and i can't see more noise,
I saw with WideDR and 850ISO with a low light when it should be clean because with 2000ISO it's clean (or noise but organic and great..not BLUE)..

i've done another photo:

ambientation 40watt neon warm.

I'm starting to steer away from WDR.

I know it seems like a hassle, but when you can, black balance after each ISO change (manual suggests this as well). I'm seeing a huge difference in noise, evan at higher ISOs (ie 4000).

Yeah, i know....

Today, I went to a photography shop professional to compare an another C100 and, from my eyes, my cam have a problem to sensor, I think.

Tomorrow (i'm in Italy), I will bring it to CPS (Canon Professional Services).
I'm so curious what they will tell me... (I think sensor)

I hope it..

So, I've noticed terrible blue noise with low light, if I will shot another place with the sun, I've saw blue odd in the black zone with the high contrast.
It's official: my cam have a problem in sensor or electric board trough blue channel. Luckly I've the warranty! :D

Francesco, dove sei? E ciao!
Ciao Cosimo, sono di Milano! tu? :)
