One thing I might suggest is looking at one of the free 3d model sites (I really like TurboSquid) to download some models (everying from chairs to spaceships to full-on environments) that can be imported into your scene.

but..
I always thought its better to create 3D models and stuff with Splines instead of Polygons...cuz polygons involve more tools to mesh them around and stuff...i wonder why the proffesionals dont use spline based modeling..?

Rich Lee said:eh, polygon modeling is the way to go. the polygon modeling tools in most apps, especially XSI (version 5 which just came out has a new poly tool that rocks!) are amazing, combine that with subdivsion surfaces...i dont think i have made a nurbs/spline model in years...i used to be a nurbs man, but i totaly converted...polys are great.
