Blackmagic press conference on Thursday, March 2nd, 12.00pm PST

The XLR connectors is the only thing I don't like about the camera design. But did everyone noticed that the ND filters have IR cut on them and I assume the clear filter (looked kind of blue green) also has an IR cut filter?

I like the new Resolve mini panel, but think it might miss the mark a little. He didn't really talk about how it works in editing mode, I assume the outer disks work as a jog wheel in editing mode like most of the other panels.

And at least this one looked decent.

Ursa Mini Pro looks awesome at first impression. Varicam LT for 1/3rd the cost.

And they fixed their biggest complaint: Available NOW.
 
They said in announcement its available now and ready to ship. I'd give them a couple hours to update their website as the live stream barely just ended.
 
Wow, I'm actually kind of impressed by BMD. Not only did they add stuff people were asking for
(like built in ND's), they put in a swappable lens mount, and lastly, it sounds like it will be available
right away which was one of the biggest complaints about them. Well done, at least on initial view!
