Black Magic PocketHD and 4K production camera

I've gotta say - a delrin slider with much of a rig on it is a frustrating experience in camera shake, and that's with a quad-bearing plate. That little single bearing? I think you'll make a lot of people very unhappy.

There's a world full of sliders and really well made, affordable steadicams out there (Came, Laing...) The steadi in your shot looks very garage-made. I don't know that the world needs another.

My advice as a consumer: focus on a cage with integrated HDMI and power locks (the pocket HDMI is a notorious failure, but the cages with a captive mini HDMI to full-size seem really nice) and a really sturdy connection from the camera to rails and the tripod with zero flex, even with a big lens.

Does anyone know if the Red Weapon firmware update is working? We just shot on the Weapon and had issues with "spanned clips". We ended up stitching longer shots together in video post production. Not fun. Do you know if they have fixed this?
