Black magic new camera @NAB?

I'm hoping for a BMPCC mk II..... 4K-24fps/1080-60fps.

I love my pocket camera.

Blackmagic seem very good at keeping new products under warps though.

Considering that warp drives are hypothetical, it isn't too hard to keep your cameras moving slower than the speed of light. :)

In all seriousness, the thing I would be most excited by is a Studio Camera that can work with 2/3" broadcast lenses. Doesn't even have to be 4K, honestly shouldn't be b/c broadcast lenses probably wouldn't hold up to 4K & if it is just HD then it should be cheaper.

Seriously, I don't get how Blackmagic shows pictures of their $2k / $3k "Studio" camera with a $42,000 lens on the front of it (14-35mm Fuji). Give me a $3k 2/3" HD camera that I can throw a $5k or a $10k or a $20k lens on it (or use a lens already in my studio) and then I have a Studio camera all ready to go.

The actual problem is gravity, and going through the black hole is the solution to finding out how to beat gravity. If black magic can solve the problem with gravity then I will join their cult.
 
I preordered the BMCC the day it was announced. In my opinion it will give you the best image you can buy up until you run into Scarlet territory, and even then it gives that camera a run for its money in pure image quality. It's in the same league and only costs $2k. For the next camera, all they have to do is fill in the obvious gaps and not screw up the image.

-KEEP THE IMAGE THE SAME AS THE 2.5k BMCC
-keep the DR 13 stops or go higher
-better ergonomics
-active m43 mount
-better screen and possibly an EVF
-at least 48 fps
-faster sensor readout to minimize rolling shutter*
-custom picture profiles
-better light sensitivity (at least 6400 ISO clean)
-OLPF (removable is better)
-affordable media (read: not CFast. SSD is great.)
-waveform
-HDMI in addition to the SDI
-ability to record in log and send a picture profile out through sdi/hdmi

*I know a global shutter would be better, but if you look at the 4k cameras they took a serious hit in light sensitivity and a less serious, but noticeable hit to DR. For those reasons I'd rather just have a faster sensor readout to compensate. It's why I prefer the 2.5k to the 4k.
 
The new meme seems to be those shoulder mount units like the Cion and FS7 so my guess is something along that line.
 
A BMPC 4k camera, with BMCC dynamic range, built in NDs, lots of manual controls or customizable hard buttons, an FE mount, 2 xlrs, an oled sunlight readable screen, and weather sealing.
