C100: Black and White on Canon C100

Hi. I can't seem to find where i set the c100 to record in black and white. Even if i try to make a new picture profile i can't find where to set it to black and white. What am i missing?

You can create a new custom profile with your favorite gamma then just dial down the gain in the color matrix menu.

Don't do it...do it in post and while your shooting, turn the color off on your monitor........"often, a great idea on the set is not a great idea when you get to post"........famous un-named DP.
