BK Pro 62mm 0.45X Wide-Angle Lens For Panasonic DMC-GH1 won't focus??

Hi I bought the BK Pro 62mm 0.45X Wide-Angle Lens For Panasonic DMC-GH1 and put it on my Vivitar 28mm f2.5 but it's out of focus no matter which way I turn the focus ring all the way, I also tried all f stops still out of focus. What's the deal??
 
I don't have a UV filter to put on the wide angle adapter as it's very wide at the end, plus what would a filter have to do with focusing on the camera? I'm doing this indoors as soon as I take the adapter off and move the focus ring on the Vivitar lens, it focuses on whatever I want it to focus on. With the adapter, I move the ring all the way to left then right and all is out of focus.
 
figured it out.. you need to have the macro adapter that came with the wide angle adapter, also attached at the same time.
