Big screen output from 5d mark 2

In the experience of the readers here can the video images produced by a canon 5d mark be used for big screen projection. Big name examples would be appreciated.

Google "5D Mark II used in major motion picture" and read away.

Thanks Dusty.

I recently watched my film on a 2K Christie projector and it looked wonderful. It was only a 720p export as well.
