Best video mic for under 200?

Hey all,

I usually record my balanced audio separately and then sync it up in post, but I'd like to get one of those video mics that mount to the hot shoe of a 7D and plug directly into the camera for casual run and gun situations. Can anyone recommend some of the good ones for less than 200 bucks?

I have the Rode but Sennheiser makes good audio products as well. Like Stephen said, you can't really go wrong with either one.
