Doing a little project where we are giving our documentary subjects their own cameras and let them film their lives. Therefore the camera must be very simple to use (auto everything) and have some good audio pickup..
We tested the HDR-CX360 and were impressed with the audio capabilities, but there was substantial video noise in medium to low light scenarios. I'm not really sure what to expect from these lower end cameras, so not sure if there's a better option out there.
I guess something less than $1,000, small, HD, 24p...Any ideas?
