C300: best software for converting MXF files to Apple Pro Res???

Can anyone tell me what the best mac software would be for converting MXF files to Apple Pro Res?

I'm working with Premiere Pro CC, but I'd like not to have to deal with the complex folder structure that comes with importing the C300's MXF files. For example if I record 20 different scenes with my C300, I end up with 20 different folders each containing 5 files. I'd prefer instead to offload my C300 MXF files by converting them to Apple Pro Res. I tried using Mpeg Streamclip, but it doesn't recognize the MXF format.

Thanks Ned. But it doesn't seem to work with MXF files and the web site doesn't mention MXF either as a compatible format. HAve you succeeded with MXF in that program? Thank you in advance.

Prelude will do what you need. I've used it a lot and it works very well.

Thanks Erik. Not sure why, but in Prelude there's no option to export to Quicktime 1080p, only to 720p. Is this normal?

If you have ProRes on your Mac or any codec available Pelude will see it. Create a new preset in Adobe media encoder with the settings you want to use and they will be available in Prelude.
