Best Self-Training Sound Mixing Program - book/dvd/etc

[BennyWhiskers]

Just like the title reads, I'm trying to find the highest quality self-training method for soundmixing. I've checked out video copilot but wanted to see if there was a more sound-oriented program, not just graphics guys who also do sound.

Thanks.

Are you talking about production or post-production sound?

Hey sorry for the delay.

Also, Tomlinson Holman has two outstanding books, "Sound for Digital Video" and "Sound for Film and Television," the latter in a new 3rd edition just released a few months ago. Holman is the "TH" in "THX Sound."
