GH4 Best quality bitrate when shooting 60fps

Guys, when 60fps FHD footage is needed - what would be me my best choice in terms of image quality?
Basically we have 3 options (forget 200Mbps All-I for now):

1) MP4 @28Mbps

2) MOV @50Mbps

3) MP4 LPCM @100Mbps

3rd option (MP4 LPCM @100Mbps) delivers highest bitrate, but how much of it is really used for video image itself? Due to the standards, LPCM uncompressed audio takes 6.144 Mbps, so it seems that 93.856Mbps is left for video (as 100 minus 6.144 =93.856) . However, Mediainfo says bitrate of my audio (from sample MP4 LPCM video file) is only 1.536Mbps (compressed somehow?) - so even more bandwidth left for video! Anyway, MP4 LPCM @ 100Mbps seems to be the best choice - am I right?

Yes, as long as you don't care about recording time per SD card, record at 100Mbps for best quality. Most people agree that it is better then the 200Mbps option.

When you state 60fps I assume you mean VFR, & not 60p, in which case 100Mbps provides the best quality recording, & is available in a MOV, or MP4, wrapper.

Thank you guys.
Bern - I am not talking about VFR, nor 200Mbps All-i, as it don't bring me any advantages.
