Best PRORES if you don't have FCP7?

I can't do LT since I have FCP6, so I'm wondering what the recommended PRORES codec is for editing?

The options in Compressor are:

422

422 for interlaced material

422 for interlaced material HQ

422 for progressive material

422 for progressive material HQ

Also, I'm new to 7D footage, so I accidentally synced my separate sound with 7D footage in h264 and NOW I'm converting it to prores. Is there any downside to this?
