Best portable external monitor

WIth no budget restrictions, what would be the best quality - not too heavy - big screen external LCD for this camera?
I really haven't seen any great LCD lately.
I'm not a fan of the SmallHD DP7 for example. Any other options?
 
I been using the Ikan D7w for awhile and like it. It has waveform, scopes, false color, peaking, 1:1, HDMI in out, SDI in out, all the tools. But I have the feeling the Atomos Shogun will kick the Ikan out the door once released being a 1080p monitor that you can calibrate and a recorder in a single unit.
 
May I humbly add the Odyssey7Q? :-D Once you go OLED you'll never want to go back.

And the Odyssey7 begins shipping in May.

I'm waiting for the Shogun. If the Odyssey could record the the GH4's 4K without the YAGH, I'd hop on that just because of Mitch's level of support here on the forum ;)

But since the Shogun isn't shipping for a while, I may have to get something to tide me over since my Zacuto EVF and cheap Lilliput have issues with the GH4.

I may get the inexpensive MUSTHD M701 in the interim. I'd relegate it to a wireless client monitor once the Shogun arrived.
