Best place to order the 12-35?

[PegLeg Media]

on B&H the 12-35 is still $1050, $1250 from amazon but there is a place on amazon from Tokyo and places on ebay for $850. Is the $850 version legit?

I think the version you're speaking of is grey market (non-us warranty). It may work fine but if you do have problems you may have issues with the warranty/service. A friend of mine found one on CL for around $600 (lucky find!) but you may want to check CL FL.
