I am looking to get a DSLR for shooting videos and honestly I am really confused on what to get.
I narrowed my search down to GH2 & T2i. Quality wise they both seem about same...so now it comes down to cost.
I can get GH2 body only for around $600. Then another $400 for lens, memory cards I am thinking.
T2i on other hand looks like a great bargin if I buy it on Amazon. It seems like I can get the body + kit lens + Canon EF-S 55-250mm lens for $859! Another $100 for memory I guess.
I don't know much about lens and can't figure out if kit lens + EF-S 55-250mm is good enough for video recording on T2i of if I will need more expensive lens. In that case I would sell of EF-S 55-250mm and use that money to get better lens.
Can you guys please help me with this? I don't know how to even begin researching this (searched the forum already). I will be using these cameras primarly for making short films and nothing else.
