C300: Best Nikon F to Canon EF adapter?

Hi guys

Looking for an adapter to fit a Nikkor 135mm f2 AIS to my C300 Mark II. It's an old lens of course so I don't care about any modern functionality. What brands have you guys used reliably? I know cheaper ones can fit a bit loosely or move around too much.

Fantastic guys, I really appreciate the tips.. The first link NorBro sent looks decent enough, and I was using those Fotodiox pros.. The redrocks are put on permanently correct?

I use the Novoflex, I have not found the other offerings to be as snug a fit. I have a couple of Cinevate, for back up. I have a C500 with the locking EF mount, I use mainly Nikon, and Zeiss ZF, glass. No play with the Novoflex adapter. If I was only working with the C500 with the EF mount, I would covert the Nikon mount with the LEITAX, they are the best.

converted a set of zeiss zf.2s to ef with leitax mounts. they're very solid. takes all of 5 minutes to do the conversion using the proper size screw driver.

The Redrocks are not permanent. They go on over the OEM mount like a shim, with small set screws to secure them. So when tight it's a good no slop fit. After some use the small set screws sometimes loosen so you may want to dab them with green Locktite. The advantage of the RR's are that they are available at B&H and other USA retailers, and of course the cost. If you read the reviews some complained it takes to long to switch to another lens, but these adapters were never made for the purpose- simply one per lens.

With the Leitex you remove the native mount and replace it, so it is significantly more permanent, though still reversible. As several have said, I think it's the highest quality lens adapter- really a re-engineered lens mount. You can also get the AF Dandelion chip for it- don't know how well it works- never used one on an adapter.
