C100: best lenses for the C100 -- revisited

I would add a prime or three. There is nothing like the look of a good prime. I have the Sigma 50mm Art that I use on the C100 and it's lovely.

All of the 70-300 lenses that I mentioned and know of are variable aperture lenses. The 70-300L is 4-5.6 which works for me since I've been using it for outdoor shots. I just keep it at 5.6 and zoom through. I hear that the C100 mkii has a feature that allows it to automatically hike up the ISO to adjust for the aperture drop when you zoom in. Would love to see how that works.

how is the v1 of the 70-200 2.8 compared to the f4? I am simply not going to spring for the v2 right now, if v1 and f4 are comparable would probably get v1 for the extra stop when needed. those 70-300Ls are variable aperture right?

thanks. the c100 mark 1 has that feature? would be neat to see.

any opinions on 70-200 f4 vs version 1 of the 2.8?

Is everyone forgetting about the Sigma ART 18-35mm f1.8? I was just wondering how come that wasn't mentioned FIRST!
