Best format for YouTube?

If the final destination is HD video on YouTube, what PH setting will give me the best results?

1080/60i
1080/30p
1080/24p
720/60p
720/30p
720/24p

I am editing with FCP7.
 
In Vegas Pro, it has an option to export out to youtube... it works so sweet for me, the best around I think.
 
It changes. Best way to go is make some short samples, like 30 sec., upload as "private", wait till fully HD (a few extra hours) then compare. Let us know the results.
Make sure you try eg MJPEG and Windows Media, some people swear by it.
 
the Progressive options will be better than interlaced so that knocks off 1080i
i like to shoot 1080/30p or 720/60p
