Best fish eye lens for APS-C?

Hey Guys,

Was wondering what is your most preferred Fish Eye lens?

Right now I'm at a toss up between the Samyang 8mm and Rokinon 8mm
 
yes, it's the same lens, also sold as opteka, bower, and many other names; and it's the best for that kind of budget
