Best/Fastest SD card reader - Firewire 400/800?...

I am wondering what is available for a fast SD card reader. Have an HMC150 and Mac Pro 8-core. I use a USB card reader now but ideally want the fastest transfers with Class 6 cards.

Any suggestions?

I've never seen a SDHC reader that has FW800.

Lexus, SanDisk, and Belkin, etc. have CF FW800 readers.

The technology USB 2.0 and Firewire have date transfer rates far faster then the read speed of the actual SDHC class 6 card... It will be a while before the cards will read (especially write) any faster then the medium they are connected by. And when that happens everything will be 3 gbs eSata or better.

They are fast and very cheap. Some have died on me, but I always have spares. Considering all the hot plugging and wear on the connectors, $3 is a very good deal, even with a somewhat limited life span. Free shipping, gotta love that.
