best exporting qualities?

Hi

I have to make a Dvd, Youtube video, And a Vimeo video using my Xh-A1s footage. I edited in final cut express. I shot in all three of the formats (24p, 30p, 60i)

What are the best settings?

i probably don't know as much as you.
but i like MPEG2 for DVD....not much help though...

I would think that P would be the way to go for the web. The defaults in Premiere for u-tube is H264 320 X 240 with a max bitrate of one VBR. The H264 codec is really good for a deliverable format
