Best export setting from fcp 7 for adobe encore?

Hey There I am shooting in 1920 by 1080 30p and im editing in FCP 7 and i would like to know the best export settings for when i get to build my dvd menu in adobe encore please?
Its a Normal dvd not blue ray!
 
The best way to export from FCP is to use File>Export>QuickTime Movie using current settings and making the movie self-contained.

Once you've done that, you can quite FCP then use Compressor to prep the files for DVD. However... you're editing in FCP7. Why not use DVD Studio Pro to build the DVD?
