Best DSLR Motorized Dolly for Timelapse???

Anyone on here buy a motorized Dolly for DSLR Time Laps shots?

I was looking at this one because the guy who makes it does some amazing time lapses using his dolly. It costs about 550 Euros including shipping from Germany, which is about $800 USA, which is bloody expensive. But it's small, compact and seems very smartly made.

However, it does take about 2 months to get one.

I looked at the "DIY How to Make" page, and it looks fairly simple to construct. Anyone make a DIY version, and can you buy the parts in the USA?

Are there any manufactures of Motorized Dollies in the USA at a decent price? I'm pretty sure Kessler makes one, but their products are really expensive.

That Kessler bloom thing with the motors is well worth it if you really NEED the features...

I have been playing around with the Stage Zero from http://dynamicperception.com/ and the time lapse feature of my HMC40 and have been very plesed with the results so far.

Vimeo has many videos (search videos for Stage Zero) using this motorized dolly for some awsome shots.
