C100: Best 50i Slo-Mo workflow for Ninja Blade?

Hello all,

When I need a bit of slo-mo on my C100 I usually just shoot in 50i, drop on a 25p timeline and change the speed to 50% in Premiere CC.

I now have a Ninja Blade which is much more convenient to switch between 50i and 25p while shooting plus the much better bitrates.

Is the workflow the same? Shoot 50i on the Blade, 25p timeline and 50% speed?

I'm just wondering if there is a better way that would help keep more detail?

50i has a temporal resolution of 50 frames per second. You should deinterlace the video to 50p, drop it on a 50p timeline and then change the speed to 50%.
