I'm thinking of getting this item from Berkey Systems to use with a 60D:

Does anyone know the proper "vertical post height" i should choose, to have proper lens height for 15mm LWS support. I will be using a Redrock follow focus blue and an Arri MMB-1 mattebox, both 15mm lws support.
