Behind the scenes!!

We are shooting a short here in Milwaukee and here is a promo we made for getting some extras for this Sunday. Some of this footage is from the "a" camera (Panasonic DVX 100b with a 35mm lens) and some is behind the scenes footage from my Panasonic DVX 100a.

Good luck with that. I see so many bad things out of this, all stemming from the free supply of alcohol.

You may be fine from 7:00-7:45, but are you not concerned about folks getting unruly? With an open "just show up and party" extras call, you don't know who's going to be there, and what they're intentions might be. This shoot can go south very quickly (especially after the second or third round).

Also, are you not concerned about the liability? It's one thing if some one chooses to purchase alcohol on their own, but to provide dozens of random people with free alcohol for being extras in your film... what if something goes drastically wrong? You're liable for anything, or worse anyone, damaged or destroyed. You and the club had both better have good attorneys and very specific, detailed waivers.
