beginner needs help on frame rate

I just received my hvx 200 and when I make the switch from video to camera the frame rate is stuck on 60 and it is in blue.

i bought the camera used and I'm wondering if these are some presets that the prior user saved to the memory card or something. If this is true then can someone help me get rid of these presets.

Anyone else run across this problem?

Can you alter the frame rate in the scene menu?

Jump out of 720 60p and into 720 24pn,

Menu - Record format.

Change from VIDEO CAM mode to FILM CAM mode in your scene file.
