C300: battery storage

Just wrap up a shoot and won't be going back out again until August. I was wondering what the best way to keep your batteries stored? uncharged or fully charged?

I leave mine on the charger, but I have a 4-position Dolgin Engineering charger for my C300 batts, so they can all be on there at once. Honestly, I don't know if it's good for this little batts, but my big ones(gold mount A/B's and CoreSWX) are designed to sit on a charger indefinitely, so... I leave the little ones on there until it's time to take them to shoot.
