Batch converting MXF files for client

I need to give my client a hard drive of what i shoot so another person can edit it.
I'm assuming the other editor cant read my mxf files. How can I batch convert these to a common format and what format would be best?
I'm A PC guy

thanks

Converting to HDV is a bad idea. If you absolutely must (and you probably do not need to) convert to something that is less compressed and designed for non linear editing.

Honestly, HDV is quite possibly your worst choice (except for maybe MPEG-1 or VHS).

Send the MXF files. Every modern desktop editor can handle DVCPRO-HD MXF files. Unless they're using something weird like a Canopus DV Storm or Sony XPRI or something...
