So you really need to 'upload' your footage to a server somewhere. There are lots of free sites around that allow you to share files (hopefully the guys who use them will jump in here), or you could get your own domain and server space for as little at $6-$7 a month and pretty much do what you want (within the bandwidth limitations you bought).

Get an NLE that is capable of supporting 24F HDV (most do nowaday), plug the firewire into the camera, set it to VCR mode and capture the footage.

I'm a PAL user , most of my footage are 50i , when I may need to use 25i ?
