Base plate for the XA25 and XA20?

I've had a rental company ask me about making base plates for the XA25 similar to the ones I make for the HVX200, HMC150/HPX170 and EX1 / EX1R cameras. It looks like a good camera for it. What do you guys think? If you haven't seen my base plates they add multiple 1/4" and 3/8" mounting holes and make it less likely for the base of the camera to break when using a tripod.

And are the XA20 and XA25 the same body?

I have 2 of your baseplates for my Ex1r's and they are great, but I'm not sure the XA20/25 would warranty the extra weight / size...
I have the XA25 & I bought it for its portability & would not consider adding a baseplate.
It seems better to make them for the bigger cameras.

I have the XA20 and discovered that the battery cannot be easily changed when shooting on a tripod without removing the whole camera..

The camera produces outstanding quality images.

I mentioned this to the guys at the rental company and after looking over the camera more they agree.

I have attached a Manfrotto QT plate to my new xa20 and this does help a little. It is still very hard to get to the Custom Button to adjust the iris etc. How about a firmware update to move that control to another button?
