Hi Ayoj,

I will do whatever we need to do to make sure it works out. The problem with international orders is that while I can send it right away, and the post office will promise even 2-day or 3-day delivery, there's no guarantee on how long the destination country may choose to hold the product in customs. I've heard from some Canadian customers that it took like 12 days for the product to get to them, despite being sent airmail.

I can send it via Global Priority Mail, which says that it will get to the Netherlands in 4-6 days, but again, there's no guarantee if it'll clear customs immediately or if it'll be held up. Global Express Mail says it should get there a day sooner, but again the customs issue is the unknown.

Western Union is fine of course, I've had other people send that. And I will put the package in the mail immediately, just let me know when the order is complete and which address you'd like it to go to.

Actually, Barry, a friend of mine here in Amsterdam has offered to send it straight to your account via Internet banking. If you call with the details we can send the money instantly. (I wouldn't send it through the internet. If you don't mind, give me a ring on 31 (0) 6288 34765 and we can make this happen. You can then Fedex the package to Amsterdam, and I should have it within three days max. How does that sound ? If you don't want to call, let me have your phone number and I'll call you. The thing is I would like to have a read through before handing it to my DP who's in London. That way he'd have a month to familiarise himself with the camera and we'd be on the same page.
I have no idea what time it is where you are, but I'd be grateful if you can reply as soon as possible.

From what i've read in the past 19 pages I decided to go ahead a buy a copy. Can't wait to get my hands on it and learn more about the DVX100A, thanks for making the book Barry!

Just got the book yesterday--Checked out the DVD. Very Good. Since it's pouring with rain here in L.A. I figure I will check out the book today. Great book and fast shipping too. Also tried using the uprez method as mentioned on your DVD on some footage I had. Took a while to figure out on Avid 3.5 but finally got it. Takes a while to render but it looks good. Didn't output it on DVD but it look pretty good on my LCD monitor.

They're going out pretty much daily, so the delivery time depends on Global Priority Mail and also on your country's customs. I'd guess around a week for delivery from the date of order.

Thanks for your awsome tests for the three camera shoot and a detail discussion of the same. I have decided not to go HDV and stick to the best camera in the world for what it does-
" The great DVX100A ". Its all because of you great guys and your incredible committment for open and positive discussion, that I know.... whatever I know today and I just ordered your book 5 mins ago. I am in canada so will be recieving it soon.

barry my name is stephen bray and I like I said i ordered your book yesterday and I would like to know if you read the message I sent you with the payment which said if you could send the book and dvd as printed material to avoid me to pay duties!
